SIZING

Please refer to the SIZE CHART If your measurements are not listed, we offer custom sizing on all existing styles. Please email info@bustedbrand.com for inquires.

DELIVERY/FULFILLMENT 

All garments are hand crafted. Please allow 2-4 weeks on ALL orders. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at info@bustedbrand.com. Rush fees may apply.

 

SHIPPING 

BustedBrand is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from shipping. All orders are shipped with “No Signature Required” and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY 

Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a pay on delivery basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

 

All SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@bustedbrand.com with details of the product and the defect. 

 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

LATEX CARE

Latex garments should be washed in warm clean water with NO soap or detergents.  Carefully wipe off excess water with a towel and hang dry. Reapply talc powder to inside garments when dry.

- DO NOT attempt to tumble dry 

- DO NOT iron or dry clean rubber garments. 

-AVOID sharp objects.

-AVOID copper, brass, bronze based items.

-AVOID metal hangers.

- Any light color latex will stain easily. Store pieces separately.

-Store latex garments in a dark & cool area.
