Busted Brand reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are sent without prior approval.

Please refer to the size chart. If your measurements are not listed, we offer custom sizing. Inquire here.
Delivery/Fulfillment
All garments are handcrafted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at info@bustedbrand.com. Rush fees may apply.
Shipping
Busted Brand is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from shipping. All orders are shipped with "No Signature Required" and may be left at a location deemed safe by the delivery company.
Customs & Duty
For recipients outside the U.S., please be aware that you are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, or additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning these fees are payable upon delivery. Goods may occasionally be delayed due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any required customs information. Please note, we cannot refund any duties paid on returned items, as this is a contract between the purchaser and their local customs office.
