DELIVERY/FULFILLMENT 

Many of our garments are hand crafted & made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks on ALL orders  

 

EXCHANGES 

We do not offer refunds

We will happily accept exchanges of any full-priced new merchandise within 14 days of order delivery for an item exchange or store credit. 

To request a sizing exchange/store credit please head to our Return Center

 

Initial shipping charges are not subject to refund

We are not responsible for return shipping expenses

Exclusive and Pre-Order item exchanges are subject to sizing availability

Sale items are final sale 

 All mask sales are final

BustedBrand reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval

ALL Custom Sizing / Custom Color projects are non exchangeable & nonrefundable

BUSTEDBRAND reserves the right to refuse returns for any item(s). Please choose items carefully as we cannot offer refunds on custom order projects

 

 

SHIPPING 

BustedBrand is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from shipping. All orders are shipped with “No Signature Required” and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company.

 

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY 

Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a pay on delivery basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
