All garments are hand crafted & made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks on ALL orders.  

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds at this time.

We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

Exclusive/Pre-Order item exchanges are subject to size availability.

Sale items are final sale.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

- All mask sales are final

- Busted Brand reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

CUSTOM PROJECTS 

ALL custom sizing / color projects are non exchangeable & nonrefundable. 

BUSTEDBRAND reserves the right to refuse returns for any item(s). Please choose items carefully as we cannot offer any refunds. 

 

SHIPPING 

BustedBrand is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from shipping. All orders are shipped with “No Signature Required” and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY 

Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a pay on delivery basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
